1. Order Processing & Production Times

Standard Stock Orders: Standard products are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

Custom & Personalized Orders: Orders that require custom sizing, personalized colors, or custom logo application require additional craftsmanship and quality testing. Custom orders are dispatched within 5 to 10 business days.

Once your order is processed and packaged, you will receive a email notification containing your courier details and tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected speed. Estimated shipping times apply after the handling/production period:
